SpecSeal® SIL300 SL Self‑Leveling Silicone Sealant is a high‑performance silicone firestop sealant engineered to protect construction joints and through‑penetrations from the spread of smoke, flame, and water. Its self‑leveling formulation ensures smooth, effortless application on horizontal surfaces, making it ideal for slabs, joints, and other large‑format penetrations. Once cured, SIL300 forms a flexible, durable fire‑resistant barrier designed to withstand building movement while maintaining long‑term system integrity. The sealant also carries a Class 1 W Rating for water resistance (ANSI/UL 1479), verifying its ability to prevent water passage —an essential feature for assemblies requiring moisture protection in addition to firestopping.
