Fast Installing Firestop Pipe Collars
SpecSeal® LCC Firestop Collars are factory-manufactured firestop devices sized to fit plastic pipes up to 4 in. (102 mm) trade size. LCC Collars consist of a metal shell with an intumescent rubber lining and integral locking mechanism. In the event of a fire, the collar quickly expands with heat to seal off the path for fire, smoke, and hot gases. Eliminate the guess work and simplify the process of firestopping plastic pipe with SpecSeal® LCC Collars.
SpecSeal® RTC Firestop Collars are adjustable collars sized to fit 3 in (76 mm) or 4 in (102 mm) trade size plastic pipes and associated couplings. One part number with range-taking capabilities resolves having to inventory individual collars for each pipe size. RTC Collars are the only factory-supplied firestop collars sized to fit couplings, thereby eliminating the need to field-assemble collars from wrap strip and sheet metal restraining collars.
One Sided Access Solutions
SpecSeal® Intumescent Sleeve is a factory manufactured device designed to protect metallic and plastic pipes penetrating through fire-rated walls and floors. Utilizing a flexible steel sleeve body and molded intumescent lining, the SpecSeal® Intumescent Sleeve wraps around pipes ranging from 2 in. to 4 in. and easily slides in place from one side of wall or top side of floor.

Thin Profile Wrap Strips for Complex Piping Systems
SpecSeal Wrap Strips a thin profile highly expansive intumescent strip available in a variety of sizes and types to tackle any combustible penetration. SpecSeal Wrap strips can be used on their own for small diameter plastic pipes or in conjunction with restraining steel for plastic pipes up to 18 in. diameter. Wrap Strips are an excellent solution for contractors addressing a large range of plastic pipe types and sizes on a project.

Toilet Flange Solution, no Sealant or Ladders Required
Traditional firestopping methods for sealing closet flanges require the firestop material to be applied around the pipe prior to setting the toilet flange, which complicates flange installation if the firestop material is not recessed a sufficient distance from the top to accommodate the throat of the flange. Alternatively, firestopping materials can be applied from the underside of the floor, necessitating the use of ladders or lifts. SpecSeal Closet Flange Firestop Gaskets simplifies the process of sealing closet flanges from the top side of floor, sitting between the flange ring and top of floor. Cast-In Place Solution for Floor and Shower Drains
The Cast-In Drain Device is an economical solution for firestopping of shower and floor drain penetrations in concrete floors. The Cast-in Drain Device combines with 2 in trade size PVC drain bodies and installs prior to concrete pour, eliminating the need for firestopping penetrations from below.

Firestop Penetration Design and Collaboration in Revit
Firestop Clash Management® (FCM) is our Autodesk® Revit® Plugin that takes the guess work out of firestop solution design and selection. Utilizing clash detection and model parameter data, FCM scans your model detecting locations where construction joints and penetrations occur and recommends appropriate firestop systems at these locations.
