Official Contest Rules 

Specified Technologies Inc. “Submittal Builder Giveaway” 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

1. Sponsor 

This Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Specified Technologies Inc., located at 210 Evans Way, Somerville, 08876. 

2. Eligibility 

The Contest is open to legal residents of the [United States and/or other applicable territories], who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Specified Technologies Inc. ("Sponsor"), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. 

3. Contest Period 

The Contest begins on August 11, 2025, and ends on September 29, 2025 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on the end date. 

4. How to Enter and Opt-Out 

Participants will receive one (1) entry for each completed submittal created and submitted using Specified Technologies Inc.’s Submittal Builder tool during the Contest Period. Users must be logged into their Access STI account in order to qualify for each entry. Incomplete submittals or those not submitted through the official Submittal Builder platform will not count as entries. Users can opt-out by sending an email from your STI-registered email with the subject line, “Submittal Builder COpt-Out" marketing@stifirestop.com  

5. Prizes 

• First Prize: One (1) Turtlebox Speaker (approximate retail value: $399) 

• Second Prize: One (1) Apple AirPods (approximate retail value: $179) 

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

6. Winner Selection 

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 30, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

7. Winner Notification 

Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. 

8. General Conditions 

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the Contest. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from entry or acceptance/use of a prize. 

10. Publicity Release 

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and company name for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

11. Privacy 

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy: STI Privacy Policy. 

12. Governing Law 

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
