Versatile Elastomeric Spray
Our SpecSeal® AS200 Elastomeric Spray has been the benchmark standard for top-of-wall sprays for more than 15 years. The easy-to-spray formula and high-bridging capabilities of AS200 won’t soak into mineral wool, and it stays put and won’t run down the wall.

Multi Purpose Sealant for Joints and Penetrations
SpecSeal® LC Endothermic Sealant is a latex based sealant formulated for addressing fire-rated construction joints as well as sealing non-combustible penetrations. SpecSeal® LC Sealant releases chemically bound moisture under fire exposure, resisting the passage of smoke and flame while resisting temperature rise.

SpecSeal Smoke 'N' Sound spray is a high quality acrylic latex spray designed for static or minimally dynamic linear joints or gaps. SpecSeal Smoke 'N' Sound spray is formulated to adhere to all common construction surfaces and may be applied using airless spray equipment or with a brush (for small applications and touch ups).

The Original Intumescent Joint Gasket
Track Top Gasket (TTG) is the original field applied intumescent joint gasket that eliminates the need for packing joints and sealing with caulk or spray. TTG's thin profile applies over steel ceiling tracks, floor runners, and vertical studs firestopping construction joints as the wall is being built.
Track Top Gasket can be cut with simple hand tools to exactly match your framing length and width, eliminating wasted material. Joint Design and Collaboration in Revit
Firestop Clash Management® (FCM) is our Autodesk® Revit® Plugin that takes the guess work out of firestop solution design and selection. Utilizing clash detection and model parameter data, FCM scans your model detecting locations where construction joints and penetrations occur and recommends appropriate firestop systems at these locations. Additionally, FCM places marker and product objects within the model ensuring that system selection are present within the model and accessible to project team members. A complete head-of-wall map can also be automatically generated and exported as a color coded 2D floor plan, taking the guess work out of application on the job site.

Comprehensive Testing Package
All of our systems are fully tested according to ANSI/UL® 2079, ASTM E1966, ASTM E1399, ULC-S115, and other relevant standards relating to movement and fire testing of joint systems. Addressing common interior joint conditions providing robust seals against smoke and flame with also allowing for dynamic movement.
In conditions where high movement is of concern, SpeedFlex® products on their own or in conjunction with SpecSeal® Sealants & Sprays provide unparalleled movement capabilities as well as unrivaled rate of application.
Our SpecSeal® AS200 Elastomeric Spray and ES Elastomeric Sealant are formulated for compatibility. This is advantageous for situations where a sealant may be preferable to spray and transitions occur such as finished joints or exposed areas. Additionally, touch up work can be performed using a caulk gun.
Systems have been developed for a wide range of movement. Whether for wind-load, thermal, or seismic, we have solutions that work. Our patented SpeedFlex®Joint Profile can be used to provide 100% unencumbered movement with AS200 Elastomeric Spray. The Track Top Gasket (TTG) systems will allow for 100% movement without the need to caulk or spray the head-of-wall joint.
Some construction projects advocate a “no fly zone” to avoid penetrants being routed through head-of-wall joints. However, that complicates the process of firestopping or encumbering the movement capabilities of the joint system. Therefore, we have tested a variety of metal or plastic penetrants in the flute valleys.
AS200 is tested for compatibility with CPVC pipe, a common type of sprinkler pipe. Whether sprinkler pipes penetrate the head-of-wall joint or overspray is a consideration, it is the only spray on the market as part of the Lubrizol’s FBC™ System Compatible program for CPVC pipe.
