SpecSeal® AS200 Elastomeric Spray is a high‑performance, latex‑based firestop coating designed for construction joints and perimeter fire barrier systems. Formulated as a flexible, elastomeric spray, AS200 cures to form a durable, resilient seal that helps prevent the passage of smoke, flames, and other products of combustion. Engineered for demanding environments, SpecSeal AS200 accommodates high levels of dynamic joint movement, making it ideal for gaps and joints exposed to building sway, thermal expansion, or vibration. Its spray‑applied design ensures fast, uniform coverage and long‑term firestopping protection in commercial construction.
