SpecSeal® Smoke ’N’ Sound Acoustical Spray is a water based, acrylic latex spray designed to seal gaps, linear joints, and openings associated with non-fire rated penetrations in wall, floor, and ceiling assemblies. When properly installed, SNS Spray forms a flexible, durable seal that limits the passage of smoke, airborne particulates, and sound through construction openings and penetration interfaces. The material may be applied in thicker sections (up to approximately 5/16 in.) and remains flexible to accommodate normal building movement.
