IMPORTANT: Attendees must show proof of vaccination (e.g., CDC immunization card or Docket® app) at the door or proof of a negative COVID-19 test 72 hours before the training event. Negative test results must be from a laboratory, healthcare or test provider, or a patient platform for a healthcare provider. A COVID-19 self-test, sometimes referred to as “home test,” is not acceptable.

Both sessions start promptly at 8:00 AM and finish at 5:00 PM.
