Since STI believes that intumescent ingredients belong in the collar and not in your eye, LCC's magic is tightly bound in a molded, flexible rubber matrix and there are no water-soluble ingredients to leach away or lose effectiveness over time.

Easy To Use: Simply flex the collar around the pipe and snap it together. Use suitable anchors to attach it to the wall or floor surface and the job is done. Tight spots don't phase the LCC collar... Its compact profile makes it perfectly at home with its back up against the wall, or up against beams, or just about anywhere else for that matter! LCC Collars are available to fit standard trade size pipes including 1-1/2", 2", 3", and 4".

Fully Tested: LC Collars are UL Classified and tested to ASTM E814 (UL1479) in a wide variety of applications utilizing ABS (solid and cell core), PVC (solid and cell core), and CPVC pipes through all common constructions and are suitable for applications rated for up to 2 hours.
